Swalcliffe Concerts

Kyiv Classic Due Concert for Ukraine

The Swalcliffe Concerts aim to offer a rich mix of musical styles, enhanced by the wonderful acoustics of St Peter and St Paul, Swalcliffe. The concerts will raise funds for the church itself and other village projects and charities supported by the Swalcliffe Village Fund. We have more exciting and varied performances lined up for the future so please look out for further announcements on this page.

Car parking: will be provided at Swalcliffe Barn which is a short walk from the Church, please look out for directions signs and follow the directions of parking stewards as you approach the venue.

Facilities: The church now has a wonderful new toilet to disabled standards and a small café which will be in operation for concerts serving hot, cold and alcoholic beverages. It is usually open before the performance begins and again during the interval. The bar of the Stags Head, just across the road, is recommended for those who seek a good “bar’s rest” before or after the performance, or for a meal beforehand. Booking is advised.

Disabled Access: The entrance is up a flight of stone steps, and unassisted disabled access can be very difficult, however the church now has a Stanley Stair Climber which can take manual and powered wheelchairs with occupant up the steps and into the church. If you would like to use it please give advance notice to the box office number so that we can ensure an operator is available.

Stay Tuned: If you wish to keep “tuned in” to future Swalcliffe musical events please email tunedin.swalcliffe@gmail.com and we will add you to our mailing list.
